Morgan Baptist Church offers a variety of ministries to grow and equip believers. Before our Sunday worship service, we offer bible study classes for all ages. During the school year, our youth ministry (for 7th-12th grade) meets on Sunday evenings, and our children's ministry (for K3-6th grade) meets on Wednesday evenings. Additionally, our men's and women's ministries normally gather once a month for fellowship and study.
As a church, we believe in the power and authority of the word of God. Consequently, we believe in the importance of hearing the word of God read aloud, clearly explained, and applied to our lives.
With that aim, we have made our Sunday morning services available for download at Sermon Audio.
Additionally, you can view videos of our most recent messages on our YouTube channel.
Morgan Baptist Church is a local body of believers that is committed to growing in grace together and reaching the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ to the glory of God.
For the purpose of reaching our community and the nations, we have partnered with the Southern Baptist Convention, Georgia Baptist Mission Board, and the Bethel Baptist Association.
Support the Work of the Kingdom of God
Morgan Baptist Church is a generous community. Please give as you are led by the Holy Spirit to help us with our mission of transforming lives by proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ in Morgan and beyond. 2 Corinthians 9:7 says, "Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." You can give by mailing a check to PO Box 32, Morgan, GA 39866. Thank you for your faithful support.
Chris Holdorf came to Morgan Baptist Church in January of 2011. He and his wife, Jill, have two young children, Colton and Ellie.
Chris is a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity and is currently enrolled in New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary pursuing a Doctor of Ministry.
His passion is to glorify God by making known the gospel of Jesus Christ through the preaching of the Word, caring for the souls of God’s people within our church body, and reaching out to the lost in our community and around the world.
